Memphis Party Bus often receives the very same questions from all of our new customers when they call for the first time, so we decided to put together a list of those questions in order to save you time. There's no reason why you should be left in the dark when it comes to your trip, and that's why we're here for you any time you might need us! You can drink, but you cannot smoke. We want to keep our high quality furnishings in the most perfect condition possible, and for that reason we enforce a strict non-smoking policy. However you are welcome to bring your own alcoholic (and nonalcoholic!) beverages on board and stock our coolers and bars with them!
You can absolutely keep the bus as long as you like! We will only continue to bill you at the same hourly rate (billed in fifteen minute increments to save you money) that you agreed to during booking. No hidden fees, no tacked on surcharges at the end of your trip.
Memphis Party Bus is of course insured to the maximum extent allowed by law. We also make sure that all of our permits are current, and we hire only the most professionally trained chauffeurs in the business. Note that other companies tend to hire drivers -- we hire chauffeurs. The difference is drastic. Our chauffeurs also undergo drug tests, background checks, driving tests, and driving record checks. You are fully protected with us.
We do require that you return the bus in the same condition that you received it in, so should you have any spills or messes in the bus, we would like you to clean those up. Most of our customers make use of the cupholders and do not make messes, so this should not be an issue for you. Please note that you should remove any liquor or drinks from the bus prior to returning it to us, because we cannot by law hold those for you.
While a limousine offers an elegant appearance for your polished event, a party bus is great for all of the amenities that you'll want to have a great time on the road.
Party buses come with lighting amenities, bar areas, hardwood flooring, tinted windows, stereo systems with iPod inputs, televisions, dancing poles, and more.
